寄退件规则说明

发货件数要求

每个客人可邮寄多件,不限品名数量,特货线路除外。 

计费重量模式

不计算体积重量(体积重比实重不超过2.5)。超过就会按照体积重模式计费: 体积重量(KG)计算方式为:长cm*宽cm*高cm/5000,体积重和实重取大计算

尺寸重量限制

各专线包裹尺寸、重量限制不一,超出尺寸及重量要求,如50cm<单边尺寸<100cm 或 25kg<实际重量<30kg,每件额外收取超标费$10; 超长超重件,无法承运;具体可联系客服!

单边超过100cm小于200cm,加收超长费60刀

服务时效

仓库发货后5-13个工作日,如遇海关查验,航线不稳,政治事件、疫情突发等不可抗力因素,时效顺延。

退款说明

(1)已支付的运费不接受退款;

(2)可申请充值金额余额退款。余额扣除赠送金额后,扣除20%手续费。客户需联系客服并发邮件至info@sinefine.stores申请,同时提供Email transfer地址。公司批准后,5个工作日内支付余额到接收账号!

(2)不支持现金退款。 

不可寄物品

指甲油、香水、火柴等易燃、易爆物品;刀具(除厨房剪刀以外);枪支弹药;充电宝、纯电池、超功率内电产品(>100wh);生鲜物品;白色粉末、不明粉末类;不明液体类;气压喷雾罐类;处方药、精神类管制药、无原盒包装药品等;动植物、真花及花草种子;烟草制品(含电子烟及配件);原木制品;涉及色情、政治、宗教书籍;及其他法规规定的违禁品。

附加费用说明

(1)退运费:已入仓操作完成的货物,因货物原因或因客户本身原因办理货物退仓的,每件收$2仓库服务费,并额外支付退运费,付款完毕后,仓库在2个工作日内办理退运。详细退运操作流程,请查看“新枫行集运退运说明”;

(2)改泡费:已入仓操作完成的货物,因体积重大于实际重量,造成运费偏高,客户可申请“改泡”服务,仓库会根据实际包装情况,减小或压缩体积,最大程度接近实重,并按泡改后数据,重新计算每件包裹运费;每次泡改服务,客户需支付$2。VIP客户改泡免费!

特别声明

(1)如所发包裹内物品超时上述的数量限制,需分票发出,且请知悉货物有可能会被分批运输,详情可咨询客服;

(2)如所发货物全为液体、膏体、粉末等特殊物品,且数量较多(超出上述限制),需要提供货物详细清单,待我司确认可发后才能出运; 

(3)所发特殊类物品务必有正规包装(建议纸盒包装),且用填充物填充,避免在操作转运环节导致泄露影响运输;

(4)无头件在仓的保留时间为30天。超期每天收费2元,从到仓时间计算。

理赔说明

(1)货值赔偿:每个包裹赔偿上限$50加币,货值低于$50,则按实际金额赔偿,并退还运费。如在我司购买保险,可按照货物价值进行赔偿,详细情况可咨询销售人员及客服人员。

(2)丢件赔偿:1. 深圳仓库入库前丢件,可联系客服协助追责。确认是国内快递员违规默认签收丢失,需客人自行和国内快递联系理赔事宜;若确认我司仓库签收后丢失,则我司按条款赔偿;2.客户自身原因未如实申报物品,或夹带夹私违规违禁产品造成 的清关不顺,延误、甚至扣关,我司免责,并依法追究客户责任。3. 深圳仓库发货后,造成的包裹丢失,我司负责赔偿。

(3) 赔偿原则:每件赔丢不赔损,包裹丢失,按“丢件赔偿”条款申请赔偿;包裹到货后,发生任何内件丢失、少件、损坏,我司免责!正常发货45天后可以申请赔偿。

(4)赔偿时请提供采购发票、付款证明等; 

(5)如因为收件人原因导致货物无法正常派送的,我们会协助处理,但造成的时效延误概不予以任何赔偿,如产生任何费用由最终包裹收件人承担; 

(6)如遇自然灾害(火灾、水灾、地震等)或当地罢工等不可抗因素导致货物丢失的我司不承担赔偿责任;

海运:

1. 海外提取前丢件/扣关(非客户申报错误或产品认证等客户自身原因),可申请退运费和最高按4刀/KG赔偿。2.海外提取后丢件,不退运费,可按2刀/KG赔偿,最高不超过100刀/票。

(2)凡货物在官网显示签收,即视为当票任务已完结,后续不再作任何责任受理;
